I've created this wiki to shine a light on the FDA's agricorp-centric data, especially as it pertains to raw milk safety and consumption. There has been much discussion, and discrediting, of the FDA's 66-slide presentation "Raw Milk-Associated Public Health Risks" at David Gumpert's blog, "The Complete Patient". This space is not intended to duplicate that discussion, but rather, to deconstruct such statements as made by the FDA and state agriculture departments (or any other governmental agency, for that matter), in order to get to the truth. I chose to begin with raw milk, as that is of the most immediate concern to me personally.
